For some reason my windows vista home basic laptop takes forever to shutdown! But i needed to restart so i clicked start and then restart. It took about 10 min to finish, then when it turned back on it said that windows did not shut down properly! Please help me!! Also, windows its self will become completely unresponsive affter opening certin things like: computer, control panel, and personalize. Can anyone please help me with both. I would highly apresiate it!
