I just installed an application and when I click on it it says:

Error for security purposes this application will not run while system debuggers are active. Please remove or disable the system debugger before trying to run this application again.

I am unable to find the system debugger and the only info I can find on it is related to windows xp

I am running windows vista 64 bit.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

PS I have even tried running it as administrator.
