Get XP off the dual boot list

    I have had XP on a separate SATA HD for some time now. I am working well with Vista now and would like to get rid of the XP section and use the SATA for storage or in another computer.
    Can I do this by just uninstalling windowsvia the control panel? If now, how is this done.
