    Friends who live in France have just bought a new PC which came pre-installed with Vista. Problem for them is that all the menus are in French but they would prefer them in English. Can they be changed?

    i brought the laptop in france and i am facing a problem with it
    can it be change from french to english
    how do i know whether my laptop is vista ultimate or other
    my comp details are Toshiba with windows vista family premium
