Considering that both internal speakers aren't working, they are probably defected.</p> <p>Can you hear any sound without using the headphone jack? I've checked and re-checked all th settings, driver updates etc and all the messages say its working fine BUT ITS NOT!</p> <p>Any clues greatly apprec'd :)</p> <p>PS I've been getting the 'a jack has been unplugged' message ever since the word go too. </p>
