<description>&#60;p&#62;I have Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1. I use the default Aero theme, where the only change I made was the PaddedBorderWidth equals to zero.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And suddenly, after a reboot, the PaddedBorderWidth property restored its value back to 4.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I change it again to 0, everything seems to be ok but after every reboot, the value restores back to 4.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I tried something else: I installed VistaGlazz and installed a different theme. But after the reboot, the system restores again the default aero theme (having PaddedBorderWidth equals to 4 again).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't know what else to do! Any help?&#60;/p&#62;
