I am installing vista sp1 however for the past 3 hours its stuck at installing stage 3 of 3 with 0%. How long should it normally take to install?

Although it was released in March, it usually takes a while before it gets to you. But September is a long time… perhaps you did not install all the updates that came out at that time.

It’s Sept 12th, 2008 and I was just now informed by Microsoft of SP1. But I see in this forum that it was actually realeased in March of 2008. Does anyone know why the delay in getting this from Microsoft into my “updates are ready for your computer” message?
