Huge Vista Drivers database

Upgrading to Vista means upgrading almost all your drivers as well. This can often become a pain since users have to go to each individual website corresponding to the device’s manufacturer in order to download the new Vista driver.

However, if you head over to Radarsync (http://www.radarsync.com/vista/) , they’ve got a huge directory of drivers that can come in handy.

Their site can be a pain to navigate without a search feature so I guess I’ll teach you guys a google trick. If you want to search for a specific driver on that site, head over to Google and type:

NameofDriverVendor site:www.radarsync.com/vista

So for example, if I was looking for a driver for my ATI Radeon 9200 video card, I’d type :

ATI Radeon site:www.radarsync.com/vista

If you don’t find a specific driver there, there’s a good chance that there’s no support for that device in Vista. Alternatively, you would have to visit the hardware manufacturer’s website. But you will probably find most of what you are looking for at Radarsync.
