I have a really cool looking transparent arrow that really does look nice. It's in a dll file and when you select it to "change icon" under properties, it shows the overlay arrow. Unfortunately, when you select it, it replaces the entire icon instead of just overlaying the new arrow. You end up with an icon of just the arrow??? Any ideas? Please copy your response to my email.
